Lines to show, oldest first. Indices are stable: a dropped line's index is never reused.

One past the index of the newest line.

Fill out for line index (First <= index < End). A dropped line is empty.
const GGRevision* Changed
Bumped when lines are added or dropped. Null: the lines never change.
