ChildrenRef: container content built immediately.

A non-owning reference to a callable. It is called before the container function returns and is never stored, so the lambda may capture locals by reference.

template<typename TFn> ChildrenRef(TFn&& fn): Calls fn, which must outlive the call it is passed to.
